Ground has been broken and works have begun in Velten, Germany.
KAM are delighted to be providing cost management and project management services on this development which will see the construction of three warehouse units totalling 22,800 sq m.
All units are being built to a minimum Gold DGNB certification and are located in a prime spot only 30 minutes from the centre of Berlin.
