This year, we have kicked off PrideMonth with our first Tea & Talk of the quarter, where the team came together to celebrate and recognise the LGBTQ+ community.
Organised by KAM’s Equality, Diversity & Inclusion team, each of our offices took part in a number of fun activities, learnt about the history of Pride, and put their baking aprons on to help raise money for charity, Stonewall.
At KAM we are passionate about creating an inclusive team culture which aims to make every individual feel seen, respected, and equal. Celebrating Pride and embracing our differences is just one small way we are continually working towards making our staff become better connected with one another all year round – not just for a month!
We look forward to sharing more of what we are doing throughout the year as we continue to learn and grow as ‘One Team’.
