In honour of International Women's Day, we wanted to take this time to celebrate KAM’s talented female employees, who continually Break The Bias by pushing the boundaries, challenging expectations, and shining in what is a predominantly male industry.
It is important to us at KAM that women are given equal opportunities to grow and reach their career potential. That is why we ensure all employees have access to the same training, development and promotion opportunities.
Recognising that there are women and girls across the world who are not offered these same opportunities, KAM will be celebrating International Women’s Day with a donation to the Malala Fund.
The Malala Fund was co-founded by Malala Yousafzai with the goal of giving every girl the right to 12 year's of free, safe quality education. This wonderful charity invests in education advocates and activists who are challenging the policies and practices that prevent girls from going to school in their communities.
