KAM Announce Launch of Bristol Office

Having gone from strength to strength since forming in 2013, KAM have continued to build an impressive portfolio of projects across the UK and Germany.

The Bristol office will be led by new KAM director, Craig Short, and new senior associate, Adam Rohan.

Craig commented: “I am delighted to join KAM to head up the new Bristol office and contribute to the success of our expansion across the South West. “With almost 20 years’ experience in the Bristol property market, predominantly in the commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use sectors, I will be looking to establish KAM as the ‘go-to’ project management and cost consultancy company in the region. Our team will be taking a huge amount of pride in working together with our clients to ensure we achieve the highest possible standards.

Senior associate Adam said: “I am very excited to be joining Craig and helping launch KAM’s newest office in the UK. The business’s recent growth and continued success is a testament to its very talented staff. I am proud to now be working alongside them and helping grow a new team in Bristol.

“My background is primarily in residential and commercial development. Since relocating to Bristol from London just over a year ago, I have had the opportunity to work on some of the city’s biggest new construction projects. I look forward to supporting KAM’s expansion into the wider real estate market while working to maintain the business’s market-leading reputation within the industrial sector.”
