To mark our 10th anniversary, it’s time to say thank you and reflect on all of the great achievements across the years.

Since the opening of our first office in Milton Keynes, our philosophy was to build a business that delivered excellent service, or Key Account Management (KAM), to our clients - building on relationships that extended back 20 years and to forge new.

To achieve this success, we set our team culture around One Team Delivering Excellence. This is the model we have successfully implemented as we have expanded, with KAM now running from six offices in the UK and one in Germany.

We would like to thank all of our loyal clients for their support across the years – we have enjoyed sharing in the delivery of your vision. The appointments of KAM have enabled us to work on an impressive track record of projects, managing in excess of 65 million sq ft of industrial space.

Thanks to our talented KAM team for all of your dedication in delivering our vision and embracing the culture. For the team members who have joined us at the start of their careers, we’ve taken real pride in seeing you develop.

We’ve enjoyed the ongoing journey and strong relationships with all of the consultants and contractors who we’ve worked with across the years and look forward to continuing building on these over the next ten!
