The 700,000 sq ft facility has been fully handed over by SEGRO to our client, DHL, where they continue to actively progress the remaining fit out works including the automation installations, ready for Go Live in April 2022.

Our appointment as DHL’s project and cost manager focused on developing the scoping documents for the fit out, which were then issued to SERGO’s base build team for further development and incorporation into the works. A major aspect of KAM’s role was leading the early design stage of the automation interface with the building.

KAM have been delighted to be involved on such a significant project – one which has demonstrated a true One Team effort and a great example of collaborative working from start to finish. Well done all!
