Phase one works at Catalyst Bicester have reached practical completion

This project involved the construction of four state-of-the-art industrial units ranging between 21,000 and 38,000 sq ft. 

Catalyst Bicester is a sustainable business development, designed for the knowledge based sector. Making the facilities at the development perfect for advanced manufacturing and high-performance engineering companies.

The next phases will see the development of more units which will be made to occupier requirements. These units will continue the same focus on sustainability and high quality construction whilst taking into account the specific needs of each occupier.
