We’re delighted to announce that planning has been granted for Plot 2, Weekly Wood Avenue, where we will be working with new client Buccleuch Property providing project management, employer’s agent and commercial management services.
Works have now started on the project, which includes the creation of a new sortation and distribution facility for The Salvation Army.
The site will comprise of a 50,000 sq ft warehouse and 6,500 sq ft offices. Clearing of the two hectare site is well underway, with the cut and fill substantially progressing in preparation for the dynamic compaction later this week.
We are looking forward to celebrating our new relationship with Buccleuch at the formal ground breaking event next month, along with Parkway Construction MK Limited, Pick Everard, HDR | Bradbrook Consulting, HBa Consulting Engineers Ltd, who are all working alongside us on the project.
