Promotions at KAM

Ariel, Ben, Joseph and Paul joined KAM as graduates and have all been promoted to assistant cost managers.

They have each followed a structured training plan which has been tailored to support their individual development and learning objectives. As they take on their new positions, they will continue to receive 1 to 1 training as they work towards achieving their MRICS chartership. 

KAM are passionate about delivering one of the best training plans in the industry, not only to our graduates, but across all levels of the business.

Helen Sims promotion will take her from senior project manager to associate. Since joining KAM in 2019, Helen’s dedication to her clients and passion for the business has proved second to none. She has led some significant projects and this promotion is recognition of her experience and achievements.

The new position will see Helen continue to work on a number of high profile projects, whilst taking a supportive role in shaping the future of KAM as we continue to expand throughout the UK and Europe.
