We are pleased to confirm Unit 1A at Skimmingdish Lane, Bicester has achieved Practical Completion.
Unit 1A is part of ‘Link 9’ in Bicester, a major distribution and production development developed by our Client, Albion Land.
KAM provided project management, quantity surveyor and employer’s agent services for this new 120,000 sq ft base build distribution facility, which has been completed four weeks early.
Well done to the project team who put in a great amount of effort to deliver this high-quality build in such good time.
