Works are progressing at Merton Drive where KAM are supporting Trammell Crow Company with one of a number of projects that have commenced across Europe.
The project is due to reach completion this spring and will see the construction of three speculative logistics buildings totalling 340,000 sq ft.
KAM are delighted to be providing employer’s agent and cost management services on this project, working alongside a great project team: Chetwoods, Synergy BSS, Fairhurst, BCA Design Ltd., CDM Contract Services, and Glencar Construction.
