The complex coordination of several tenants on a new 39,000 m² warehouse.
The NVELOP scheme at Wiesbaden involved the demolition of an existing warehouse and two 1970s office blocks, followed by the construction of a new 39,000 m² warehouse with associated office space.
The presence of several existing tenants added an additional layer of complexity, with KAM providing asset management services to assist the client in managing the existing buildings until the tenants vacated.
KAM provided project management and cost management support on the scheme, which was built to DGNB gold standard.
