KAM supported Albion Land with the greenfield development in Bicester, Oxfordshire. The project has been developed in three phases driven by funding and staging development with demand. The unit sizes vary from 5,000 sq ft to 16,000 sq ft.
Bicester has a green agenda with a new eco town being built nearby. As a result, the planners required a high level of sustainability, including roof-mounted photovoltaic panels, CEEQUAL infrastructure works, and BREEAM Excellent certification.
