Overview
KAM supported Albion Land with the greenfield development in Bicester, Oxfordshire. The project has been developed in three phases driven by funding and staging development with demand.
The unit sizes are extremely variable, from 5,000 sq ft to 16,000 sq ft. Each phase was forward sold to investment funds.
Bicester has a green agenda with a new eco town being built nearby. As a result, the planners drove for a high sustainability requirement including roof mounted PV, CEEQUAL infrastructure work, BREEAM Excellent.
