Construction of a 221,000 sq ft speculative development on a former logistics park.
The speculative development of two units (Unit 1: 76,000 sq ft and Unit 3: 145,000 sq ft) on the site of a former logistics park.
The enabling works include the demolition of the existing offices, warehouse and storage facilities, and the crushing of the existing concrete yards, capping & diverting of existing utility services, and tree clearance.
The Phase 1 construction works comprise the base build construction of two units to BREEAM Outstanding “Shell and Core” with associated offices, service yards, car parking, landscaping, and access road.
