Overview
Elms Field was the second phase of Wokingham's high profile and extensive town centre regeneration scheme.
The overall wider project was delivered in 11 work sessions reflecting the complexity and intricacies of town centre working and live environments.
One of the first packages was the delivery of 16 commercial units built for both retail and restaurant use, with residential apartments above.
KAM also managed the commercials associated with the change requests from various tenants.
