Overview

KAM supported Euro Car Parts (ECP) right from the outset in the negotiations for this developer led base build distribution centre. This included leading the review of the base build specification and integrating enhancements to meet ECP’s fit out requirements.

The main aspect of the project was the fit out. KAM led the development of the design, and the coordination with the extensive automation installation. From here the procurement of the fit out contractor and the management of the overall delivery of work on site.
