Overview
A distribution centre for the Frasers Group is being built on an area of approx. 52 ha at the former Nato airport in Bitburg. Initially, 2 halls (Unit A and Unit B - with office, social and ancillary rooms as well as areas for
goods delivery and car parking spaces) are planned for this purpose.
The gross floor area of both units is approx. 127,000 m². In addition, ancillary buildings for access control and technical supply (gatehouses, transformer houses, sprinkler centres, sprinkler tanks, cisterns) and a rainwater retention basin will be constructed.
