Overview
KAM is part of the team converting this logistics centre into a multi-user centre for property developer GLP.
The existing warehouse is 116,000 m² in size and has a height of up to 12 metres. The three large sections will be divided into 9 independent units, each with its own office and social building. The entire building services will be converted and extended.
