Project Brief

KAM are appointed to undertake project management, cost management and employer’s agent duties on this second phase of works which is split into two separate base build units. This includes a 120,000 sq ft unit and a 168,000 sq ft unit.

Both units contain a single storey open plan warehouse and two floors of office space to Category A, along with completed external works.

Works are due to commence in a phased approach with the first smaller unit due to start in early September 2018 followed by the second larger unit in December 2018.
