Overview
KAM are carrying out the role of employer's agent and commercial manager on both the enabling works and construction of all seven units on the site.
Unit 2 has been pre-let to Top Hat; a leader in state-of-the-art homes manufacturing. The warehouse is 659,000 sq ft. KAM are working closely with Top Hat to understand and incorporate their brief and produce their tenant enhancements.
Units 1,3,4,5,6, and 7 are all speculative builds. They are 931,000, 586,000 914,000, 531,000 367,000 and 279,000 sq ft respectively. The haunch heights range from 15m - 18m, with a minimum of 5% offices. The units will be linked with new shared access roads across the site.
