Overview

KAM are providing employer's agent and cost management services on the enabling works and construction of seven units on the Magna Park Corby development. 

Unit 2 reached completion in November 2023, providing 659,000 sq ft of warehouse space to tenant Top Hat; a leader in state-of-the-art homes manufacturing. KAM worked closely with Top Hat to understand and incorporate their brief in order to deliver their unique tenant enhancements.

Unit 3, which also reached completion in Novemmber, is the only speculative unit on site and provides 586,353 sq ft of industrial space.

The remaining four units are all build-to-suit plots which will provide a further 3,120,726 sq ft of industrial space on the development. 

Throughout the construction of the first two units, the project has supported a number of social value initiatives including £20,000 worth of food collected for local food banks, 700 Easter eggs donated to the local community, and the appointment of two local apprentices.
