KAM provided cost management and employer’s agent services for the sitewide infrastructure and masterplan encompassing eight units.
The project included a completed 1.06 million sq ft build-to-suit unit alongside associated Highways England works, featuring a new roundabout and A5 widening, as well as improvements to the LCC S278.
The overall Magna Park development is Europe’s largest dedicated distribution park and is widely acclaimed within the industry for setting new standards in terms of design, environmental management, sustainability, occupier efficiency and local job creation.
