Overview

KAM have been recently engaged by Allied London to provide cost management services for the conversion and refurbishment of the existing Old Granada Studios in Manchester. Once completed, the conversion will provide a 176 key Mollies Hotel & Diner together with a Soho House private members club.

The project involves demolition and stripping back to the existing building, with new build extensions to provide additional hotel accommodation together with a roof top extension for the members club.
