Overview

KAM are appointed by Primark on this developer led base build. KAM's role is leading the commercial management of the fit out, which involves automation including shuttles, hanging garment systems and racking. 

A large part of the role is supporting the team on the interface between the automation systems and the building. This includes costing various options and setting out the required base enhancements, including negotiations with the developer on these. 

The fit out works started in April 2023 and KAM's role will continue as cost management and employer's agent Primark fit out works.
