Overview

KAM were appointed by Primark on a developer-led base build for this project. KAM's role was to lead the commercial management of the fit-out, which involved automation such as shuttles, hanging garment systems and racking.

A large part of the role was supporting the team on the interface between the automation systems and the building. This included costing various options and setting out the required base enhancements, including negotiations with the developer on these.

KAM led Primark's fit-out works with cost management and employer's agent services.
