Overview

KAM were appointed to lead the commercial management of a 'box-in-a-box' frozen chamber installation of 330,000 sq ft including office, ancillary works and clients directs, within a bespoke base build warehouse.

KAM provided feasibility advice to enable the scheme to gain investment board approval. Followed with post contract duties which included project cost control and reporting within the Sainsbury's logistics team.

KAM also supported Sainsbury's on the creation of a complex and fast-track programme with a focus on the delivery of the NDC in advance of the expectations of their business.
