This refurbishment project involved the demolition and removal of mezzanines, racking and office fit out to make way for a modernised warehouse with newly fitted out office space to current institutional standards.
This included installing rooflights, providing a warranted roof coating, repairs to the floor slab and improvements to the layout. It was great to see the building's EPC status increase from an E to an A thanks to the team's careful planning, new HVAC system including air source heat pumps and installation of PVs.
