Overview
KAM were responsible for the delivery of the third phase, comprising two single and one terraced unit on a former RAF base.
KAM were also employed to develop the master plan for the remainder of the site and in developing Build to Suit proposals for perspective tenants.
This ongoing relationship with St Modwen continues into the fourth phase of the Swinderby development.
