The redevelopment of the former Arcadia distribution facility at Merton Drive, Milton Keynes saw the construction of a Grade A speculative logistics park, totaling 340,000 sq ft across three units, collectively known as CORE Milton Keynes.
CORE has been delivered as a net zero carbon development in accordance with the UK Green Building Council NZC framework and the 2023 UKGBC Offsetting Guidance. The units have been constructed to BREEAM Excellent standards for new build and achieve EPC A ratings.
