Overview

The TCC project in Schönefeld comprises the construction of a logistics building with a total area of 18,600 m² on a brownfield site in the district of Dahme-Spreewald.

The construction project includes 18 loading ramps for lorries, two access roads at ground level and 210 barrier-free parking spaces for cars and 19 for lorries. Construction of this sustainable, single-storey class A logistics building is scheduled to start this year.
