Tesco National Distribution Centre

This project involved the design and construction of a three-zone distribution centre for blue chip developer and occupier Panattoni and Tesco.

The building contains ambient, chill and frozen areas, with a GIA totalling over 650,000 sq ft. The base build included significant Tesco enhancements to facilitate their subsequent fit-out activities such as a VMU, freezer and chill zone gantries, freezer and chill access pods, dock doors/level access, and electric HGV infrastructure.

KAM successfully undertook project management, cost management, and employer’s agent roles for the developer on the base build and worked closely with Tesco’s fit-out team.
