Overview
This project involved the demolition of a full power station and construction of site wide infrastructure and incoming utilities to the planned multi-unit big box development at the former Littlebrook Power Station in Dartford for Bericote Properties Ltd.
Infrastructure included provision of a new spine road, cycle path, tree lined boulevard and incoming utilities for all future plots.
KAM commenced the development in 2016 with the demolition of the former Littlebrook Power Station and have provided professional services on all further development from then.
