KAM formed part of the developer’s team on constructing a mega box base build facility, with significant base enhancements for Amazon Littlebrook in Dartford. The project commenced with the phased demolition of an existing power station, enabling the base build construction to commence.
Throughout the pre-contract stage, KAM led the team on commercial management associated with reviewing extensive customer documents with stringent requirements, planning their integration and agreeing costs for this.
The construction programme included phased handovers, to enable Amazon to commence their further detailed fit out. KAM managed the commercials associated with a significant amount of customer changes.
